PT PGN LNG Indonesia – PGN LNG is a company running in business of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The Company incorporated in 2012 and established to operate the forthcoming Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU) in Lampung. PGN LNG with a total paid up capital of Rp 375 billion. PGN LNG main duties to implement the downstream business in the field of LNG, including processing, transportation, storage, and commerce.
PGN LNG is a subsidiary company of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk with 99.986% shares. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk is a state-owned gas utility company in Indonesia. PGN LNG is based in Jakarta and its head office is located in Graha Pgas Building, 7th Floor Jl KH Zainul Arifin No 20 Jakarta 11140, PGN LNG posted total assets of Rp 375,591.06 million for the end of 2012.
